Working terms for wholesale and custom orders. Every quote restates the terms that apply to your order.
Minimum order quantity is 50 units per design (catalog and custom). Custom projects include a design & prototyping stage; one-time design and tooling fees are quoted upfront and billed separately from unit pricing.
50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipment. We accept card payment, bank transfer and international wire. Net-30 terms are available for returning customers after the first completed order.
We ship worldwide from Vietnam by air (1–2 weeks) or sea (4–6 weeks). Orders are quoted FOB Vietnam (you arrange import) or DDP (we deliver duty-paid to your door) — your choice, clearly itemized. Duties and freight are quoted at current rates and are subject to change at time of shipment.
Sample packs are charged at cost and fully credited to your first wholesale order.
Custom and private-label designs developed for you remain your property; we assign design rights in writing per project and never resell your designs. Catalog designs remain part of our shared collection.
Every batch is quality-checked before packing. Production tolerance is ±5% of ordered quantity; invoicing reflects actual shipped units. Transit damage claims with photos within 14 days of delivery are replaced or credited.
